Right-wing narratives is always based on a pack of lies, and so is everything that emanates from it. It’s not “tribalistic,” it’s just right-wing ideology working as designed - protecting and expanding privilege and power.

Since that power and privilege is always - as in, with zero exceptions - completely unjustified, it can only be based on lies and nothing else.
