No… I’m afraid that’s actually what right-wing ideology exists to do - protect and expand the privilege and power of the already privileged and powerful. It has no other reason to exist.
Since that power and privilege is always - as in, with zero exceptions - completely unjustified, it can only be based on lies and nothing else.
That is what right-wing politics is all about. Always has been, always will be. It really is that simple.
