Andrew Cuomo will not drop out of the New York City mayoral race by the Friday deadline to remove himself from the general election ballot, sources tell CNN. That leaves in place contingency plans he had established before the Democratic primary to challenge Zohran Mamdani and incumbent Mayor Eric Adams in November.

    That’s not conceding, then.

He conceded the Democratic nomination. He’s running in the general as an independent.

Someone else posted this, but I like the idea that Zohran’s response should be “No means no, Cuomo”

Now watch the “vote blue no matter who” party make excuses for why it’s ok to vote third party now that the democratic nominee is a progressive and not the sex pest they prefer.

What we did to the dodos, we should do to insider democrats.

Think about it. They’re a terminally complacent evolutionary dead-end of the dinosaurs.

Also, most of them you could easily murder with nothing but a hat.

    Good.

Silwa, Adams, and Cuomo will split the vote of all the idiots.

Two neoliberals having to run as independents in a general because they can no longer win a Dem primary is a good thing.

They’re no longer to buy their way thru the primary.

Not for a regularly scheduled general election. Only the primaries and special elections

Interesting, thanks. Mamdani’s opposers can probably converge on one candidate though. We’ll see.

And the rat fuck begins. Now we watch as DNC leaders endorse someone who lost their party’s primary.

Hopefully this doesn’t discourage New Yorkers from voting.

Only if centrists don’t vote blue no matter who.

If Mamdani loses, I’m blaming all centrists no matter how they voted. After all, they blame every progressive for trump’s wins.
