    I can comprehend fine, that’s why that sentence doesn’t make sense.

    Yes, I know what they’re talking about based on context and actually reading the article, but I feel like being a pedantic fuck right now because I hate this country and everything about it.

    They just threw in “DHS and ICE” without any forethought into how it will work grammatically with the existing sentence structure. It’s piss-poor grammar. And it pisses me the fuck off.
