The stealth archer, the loot thief, bunny frame - Ivara!
Passive: Ivara’s innate enemy Radar has a larger radius, detecting enemies and displaying their position on the minimap within 50 meters rather than the usual 30 meters.
Quiver - Cycle through and shoot one of four tactical arrows: Cloak, Dashwire, Noise and Sleep. In the Conclave, use the Null-Shield and Slow Arrows.
Navigator - Assume control of a projectile and guide it to the target.
Prowl - Become invisible and steal loot from unsuspecting enemies or take out prey with deadly headshots.
Artemis Bow - Summon a mighty bow and unleash a volley of devastating arrows.
Acquisition: Main and component blueprints are acquired from Spy missions.
Easter is almost here so I thought I would bring back the bunny frame! I admit, I never liked Ivara. She’s my least favorite of all the invisibility frames. Her kit encourages gameplay that’s just way too slow for my tastes. I think Cyte-09 does the stealthy marksman role much better, his kit is far more engaging and effective than Ivara’s. She used to be the queen of Spy and Conservation but she’s been usurped by Perspicacity Wukong and Rest&Rage Titania for both. Her bow, even with the exalted changes, remains unimpressive. All she has going on for her is Dashwire+Navigator shenanigans and using Noise+Sleep arrows to put entire tilesets to sleep, a funny but not very effective tactic.
Ivara was my first main stealth frame, so I’m so used to using her for spy and conservation that I’ve never bothered using the better options. I do think she’s still excellent for fishing. Otherwise, you’re not wrong, though.

That’s not quite true that she has nothing left. She’s one of two? frames that can force CC/CD onto Xata (other I know of is Dagath), which, combined with Prowl’s weak point multiplier means she has some of the highest damage potential in the game. She can stack enough multipliers that she was, at one point, essentially tied with Mirage as a weapons buffer frame, putting her in the second tier behind Banshee. I haven’t updated my strength scaling spreadsheets in a couple of years though.
Ivara my beloved, my second most-used frame after Zephyr. I love the design on all of her various skins. Her outrageous power carried me through many phases of the game. Now that Overguard mitigates Disruption debuffs (and most EDA and ETA debuffs to boot) she’s highly effective at missions where you might want how much damage she brings, other than being relegated to just camping survivals or whatever. Navigator is honestly a really fun gimmick, especially now that we have Influence for a lot of the things you might want to Navigate ;)
I think so little about Artemis Bow, AKA Cernos Prime but not as much, that it honestly completely slipped my mind that it can equip arcanes now. I should go have a play around with it again.
Conversley Ivara has always been my favourite stealth frame, just very stress free with her augment, no worrying about an ability running out infront of some enemies and alerting the whole tile set. I don’t play her much in normal missions but I use her to farm simaris standing on steel path Kuva spy as well as for all my fishing and conservatio needs alongside an Oxylus. Wrathful Advance and Motus Signal between them pretty much cover all her mobility needs.
