Cow in buildings can be a serious issue. I don’t think they should be banned, there are special purpose buildings like barns after all; but in commercial and residential spaces, highly discouraged at the least.
Well I think they’re talking about having windows AND cows in the same building, so we should really talk about the dangers of cow suicide, especially to passers by on the street below.
