I had a great grandfather who dowsed our well. He also showed us kids had us hide his watch and found it quick. We were pretty small, I dont know if he he ‘cheated’, but he found it. And our well is still producing 40+ years later.

Butter and olive oil. Add onions. I add water at the beginning so I don’t have to pay as much attention as the beginning. Once the onions are soft, turn it low and take your time. Only stir occasionally.

2nd buy used. I’ve never bought a new car and I never intended to. One time I bought a used car from a dealership and they were dishonest about the financing (I already had financing lined up from my Credit Union, they said they would be at the rate, they didn’t but signed me up anyway). That, plus the fact that driving a car off a lot loses you 10-20% value new to used.
