I’ve always wondered: What would have happened to Sisyphus if he just… Didn’t push the boulder? Like he just walked away and let the thing roll all the way down?
I don’t think I’ve ever read/heard the full, original story so if this is actually covered, I’m ignorant.
If I was Sisyphus, I would simply NOT push the boulder.
From what I’ve heard he gets attacked by harpies if he tries to stop.
Surely he’s buff enough to take on a swarm of harpies.
