Oh the irony of the US promoting democracy elsewhere in the world while this is occurring internally.
I mean, it’s not really that ironic when you look at the how of “promoting democracy” elsewhere…
It’s kind of fitting though, as US was behind a ton of coups of democratically elected leaders.

Yes, “Democracies” like the monarchy of Saudi Arabia and the apartheid state of Israel.
