      There’s a minigame where you have to sneak through a garden, avoiding spirits that will teleport you out if they see you. Someone realized that if you have hundreds of people running through at once, the spirits can only get one or two of them, so they posted on the other site and got a ton of people to start doing the minigame

        TL;DR there was like this mission made in 2007, before you yungun’s even knew how to use your momma’s iPad, where you could sneak into a castle or some shit and steal some jewels or whatever like. People got on chat somewhere and were like “Fuck this, we want to take that shit!!” and got together to storm the castle together. In the past, people just played it like the first part of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - they snuck around the bushes and avoided the guards. This time, they sent in enough people to completely overwhelm the guards. The guards could only deal with so many players, leaving the extra players to rush in and get the prize, no sneaking and bushcraftery involved.

        Now, the developers are like “YASSS SONNN!!”" and players be blinging themselves up with fake internet points in an game that 8-bit wish it were as cool as.

    As a token of appreciation for this achievement, I’ll help equitably redistribute wealth by doubling gold for anyone who wants. Us workers have to show solidarity! I know an unpatched secret method you can use that only works in level 20 wilderness, so bring your entire cash stack to save time. FYI, for the exploit to work your prayer points to have to be 0, you can’t have anything equipped, and you can’t have anything besides gp or plat tokens in your inventory.
