    This is a more minor weight loss journey than my prior one years ago, but I put on a little weight over the fall and went past the point where I felt comfortable. This is month 1, so presumably there was some water weight lost there. Hunger has been the big issue of getting started. I set a 1400 calorie goal for the adjustment period, and I am hitting more like 1500-1550. I keep taking tiny bites of food, like some cereal pieces here, some dried cranberries there, etc. Only went majorly over 1 day of the month. I hope my body gets with the picture that we need to use up our food stores soon.

    Last I checked I’m down 6lbs this month which I am very happy with. This week I meal planned and pre logged and it went so well. I gotta hurry up and meal plan for the coming week it’s almost here
