How is it racist if you don’t want your feed to be filled with posts from random languages you don’t understand? To most users these posts add literally nothing.
The worst is when you’re looking for some kind of knowledge and the only thing you can find about it, because google is a rotting useless fucking turd, is some YouTube video with an English title, then some Indian guy is like" hello we’re going to talk about ____" and then the rest of the video is in Hindi or Punjabi or whatever.
If the title’s in English and so is the thumbnail, why the fuck is the content in another language??
I e asked myself that in frustration so many times as I fruitlessly trawl the web searching for useful information again.
I fucking hate google so much.
To get views from English speaking YouTube, which pays more in ad revenue, after learning one phrase.
Imagine how much more they could make if they just did the whole video in English.
At least here you can just filter the languages you understand, in case you are american that would be only one.
