    I mean, I get it. Someone voting for Trump indicates a set of morals I’m incompatible with. It’s a quick shorthand that says a lot about a person.

    This joke is old and super tired…

    If you can’t tell someone is a piece of shit person without explicitly asking if they voted for trump…

    You’re gonna end up with one of the many shit people who didn’t vote for him. Or just a trump supporter not stupid enough to be honest about it.

        It’s not a shortcut…

        It’s a huge red flag.

        But no matter how big a single red flag is, if that’s the only one you look out for, you’re going to miss a shit ton of other red flags.

        It’s like saying “I never date a convicted felon” while actively dating a drug smuggler you just saw cut someone up with a chainsaw…

        I’m not saying you should start dating convicted felons, I’m saying you need to do more than that.
