You get a little bird and take care of it (yourself). The more tasks you complete and stuff, use it to buy outfits, decorate your bird home, etc. Theres also a ton of different light therapy tools in there like breathing exercises, mindfulness techniques, etc.

Anyways, it got me flossing, stretching, and exercising more.
