Tesla's self-driving mode has some serious issues with train tracks — and in a recent instance, it led to a collision with a moving train.

    I wonder how this happened. I assume the occupant(s) were aware that they can still drive, just grab the wheel and press the accelerator. Maybe it stopped on the tracks and there wasn’t room for them to go anywhere?
