I started playing (and finishing!!) the games in my backlog, but I’ll probably buy more during the sale. It’s like Sisyphus pushing his boulder up the hill. A financially irresponsible Sisyphus.
I’ve bought so many Humble Bundles over the years, including the Humble Monthly thing, that the majority of games in my library are games I’ve never heard of or have no interest in.
It’s a crowded hill, brother. I can feel my wallet getting lighter already.
It’s a tough job, but someone has to do it. Those Steam sales aren’t going to buy themselves. BRB, need to just have a quick look for Steam sales.
The power of Steam’s manipulation.
Gabe Newell has Aston Martins to buy.
The value of my account is $2907, which isn’t too bad given that it is 15 years old. That’s basically $16/month.
Now, the number of hours played outside of the top 5 games is disturbingly low (or disturbingly high for the top 5, take your pick). Five games out of five-hundred and fifty.
You can save $4.99 by not even buying it. That’s a total savings of almost $20.
When your pile of shame is 4 steam decks’ worth, you know you have a problem…
2 games on my wishlist were already on sale, so it started early for me
As I’ve grown poor, it’s been nice to think about what games I actually want to play. Right now I’m eyeing up Project Silverfish.
