There were quite a few good bands there. You might like The Maine, Mod Sun, All Time Low, Cartel, maybe Mayday Parade. Haven’t listened to them too much, but State Champs was good, surprisingly (had never heard of them). Second day is stacked with great bands as well, unfortunately we have to head home, and timing just doesn’t work well for us to see any more bands today.
If you’re into old school ska punk, Streetlight Manifesto is a lot of fun. That being said, I once got pulled on stage while wearing a Streetlight Manifesto where the lead singer of the Dreadnoughts proclaimed “great band, singer’s an arsehole though.”
“Sublime with Rome” is the original band plus a new singer called Rome who does a pretty good job of covering their old stuff. They also started making new songs, but they’re not quite the same without Bradley Nowell imo. Not bad though. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sublime_with_Rome
As others have said, Streetlight Manifest are awesome even if you aren’t into ska punk
You’d recognize some older All Time Low if you’ve been around any pop punk. “Dear Maria, Count Me In” was very popular. The Maine I know, they’re good. On the poppier and emo-ier (?) side of pop punk. And August Burns Red is a fantasic metalcore band but their mostly screamed vocals can be abrasive to new listeners.
Damn. I only know one of those bands, and its Sublime (is his son singing?)
Which ones should i check out?

I love Streetlight Manifesto but they’re not for everyone. Check out Keasbey Nights if you care to listen to a song.

The best band on the bill is Origami Angel (people can fight me about thay if they want), and they’re playing before noon which might be a crime.
