I reached the point where I mentally prepared ‘boilerplate’ answers to questions like that. It gives me something to say, while my brain gets back up to speed, and pointed in the right direction.

As an aspie, I’ve been there, no AI required. I reached the point where I mentally prepared ‘boilerplate’ answers to questions like that. It gives me something to say, while my brain gets back up to speed, and pointed in the right direction.
