If I had Q’s power then the world would be a hell of a lot more furry, more lewd, and less fascistic. Also the cis/trans dichotomy wouldn’t really exist because people could just change their sex when they wanted to. Doing that would also probably cure a lot of sexism at the same time.

Edit: Picard was an asshole for not asking Q to fix a lot of the woes of the universe. Q wanted to be Picard’s boyfriend; he absolutely woulda done it if Picard asked nicely.
