You go to lift up a chip and most of the stuff (toppings) is left on the tray.
Try to scoop anything up and you get so little that it’s more headache then it’s worth.
Not saying they shouldn’t exist, just I would never order them.

Sounds like you’re nachoing wrong.
See what you do is you take two chips and use them like tongs to sandwich toppings between.
Though I can kinda agree with how nachoes are usually done being kinda lame. You put the toppings on a pile of chips and so you can’t really grab anything without getting sloppy, and then you also end up with bare chips underneath. I prefer to have the toppings as a dip instead of just dumping it on the chips, but then I guess that isn’t really “nachos.” 🙄
