I’d say talk to a few rape victims and ask them if they feel that there are different degrees of rape, but I have a feeling you’d just tell them you know better than they do and then tell them that they were the ones who decided to argue with you about it.

Are you as outraged by distinction between 1st and 2nd degree murder?
