Damn the android app is such a mess - every time you switch away from the login page (to get credentials from your password manager for example) the login process resets and you have to do it all over - no new users will use this until stuff like this is fixed.
(not to mention that you get a 500 very frequently when even trying to click the login button - or it taking upwards of 10 seconds to register even when it works)
looks neat and more fediverse is more good - but in it’s current state nobody that isn’t super hardcore will be bothered to deal with the hassle.
Ah gotcha, at first it sounded like you were saying the timeline or home feed experience was a mess which is what I’m interested in. I can get past logging in if the main app is easy to use and I can just stay logged in forever.

Are there other things that suck about the app or is it mostly the login issue and server stability? I’m curious if you have any gripes about the UI
Idk sorry - after 4 login resets I gave up and uninstalled it - I’ll wait until it’s fixed to try again
