They have published a roadmap, which says it will be fully bidirectional by the end of the year. So far they have followed that roadmap, and I don’t see a reason why they would stop doing that.

Why do people downvote this? The point of this group is not to only collect links you agree with! But all press coverage of the fediverse, not just the “correct” one!

You’re right that strictly speaking, this article is premature in this group. On the other hand, so far they haven’t pulled back from their ActivityPub promises and those numbers will have impact.
