Connor Gaydos, a man connected with a satirical project on the relaunch of the energy company Enron, was hit in the face with a pie in New York City on Thursday. A video of the moment surfaced where the 28-year-old is seen entering a building in New York City before a person threw a pie at his face. The video quickly went viral on social media., US News News - Times Now
Lame. PR stunt.
Do it to a real CEO, and ditch the pie.
To be fair… Not everyone is willing to risk it all and straight murder people, but still want to show their dissatsifaction with the system.
So just hand on face then?
Before the UnitedHealthcare CEO assasination, it would’ve been. Now it’s not.
Before, it would’ve had the message of maybe “we think a pie in the face and some public humiliation might make you fix your ways”.
Now though?
Now the message it sends is “this could’ve been your public execution, and the world would’ve cheered.”
Just like you are?
