    Those are both awful arguments. One is plain wrong. The other is a strawman.

    Canines don’t make you a carnivore. Tons of herbivores have canines. Example: hippos, camels, and gorillas. Plus, our canines are barely there at all.

    The argument about being a carnivore/omnivore is about nutritional needs. Cooking your meat doesn’t change its nutritional content (though it does make some nutrients more accessible to your digestive system), nor does eating with a fork and knife versus any other tools or no tools.

        I’m gonna be honest, I’m not familiar with the concept of circle jerking. I looked at some of the other posts in the community and I’m still not getting it. Seems like a regular vegan community, but maybe with a bit of extra deep frying?

          Circlejerking (in the non-sexual sense) means posting an opinion to a forum that’s obviously going to agree with it. Basically preaching to the choir, but there’s more of a mutual exchange of upvotes and agreement.

          However, since the community itself has “circlejerk” in its name, the posters here are very much self-aware, and it’s not particularly serious as a result.
