Would however suggest that you might want to see a therapist/counsellor instead of a psychiatrist (unless you have been seeing one, or are looking for medical help), as they might be more suited to what you may need in dealing with the stress and difficult experiences. This week has been a terrible, horrible, no good week with my mental health so bad I’m debating making an appointment with a psychiatrist next week.
But for now, a bright spot: One of the Russians convicted in absentia for the MH17 has been arrested. Though for criticizing Putin.

Thanks. I’ve already been seeing a therapist for over a year. They reached an impasse.
