who is Ken Turner?

98 year old WW2 Normandy veteran who carried a piece of tank in his neck for 50 years according to BBC

I can’t find any reporting on where he got the tank from but there’s a museum in the Midlands and another in Surrey with plenty of working WW2 era tanks - it wouldn’t have been too hard to rustle one up. I’m betting it’s this one, it’s the largest.
