I’m tired of guessing which country the author is from when they use cup measurement and how densely they put flour in it.

Years ago I printed out a copy of a weights and measures chart with common ingredient substitutions and taped it inside a kitchen cabinet. I’ve found it incredibly convenient.

And this is how we become our grandparents. 🥴
