ApolloI mean Voyager. I kid … I kid … Voyager is an awesome app and my daily drive for Lemmy. Pretty easy to use and not hard to look at either, but you really do need to use Dark Mode.

1·7 days agoI just finished watching Wonder Man, and what a ride. Ben Kingsley and Yahya Abdul-Mateen are fucking amazing. I know I’m probably going get piled on for liking a Marvel show but it’s a major step up from most of their stuff lately. I’ve been really impressed with the stuff Destin Daniel Cretton‘s been doing lately and Yahya Abdul-Mateen was so good in Watchmen.
I’m saddened that nobody’s mentioned Chess. It’s an amazing rock opera by the guys from ABBA and Tim Rice. One Night in Bangkok slaps.

3·11 days agoMy Father in law passed away last year and the day after the funeral I started a rewatch of The Good Place. A few days later I got to ‘a wave on the ocean’ and bawled like a baby.

Not a chance in hell. If you listen to the song he’s channeling a lot of Woodie Guthrie energy and dragging Trump and Miller. I hope he goes on the late night shows to support this song because you know if does he’s gonna have Woodie’s graffiti on his guitar [This Machine Kills Fascists]

9·17 days agoMan you had me shaking my head in agreement, going oh I get it now right up until the last line. I really think we should have at least one sober person check in on us, because I think I understand it now and that’s dangerous.
This is actually an interesting question that depends a lot on a human perspective and what you define as ‘Generally Blue’ and what’s else is in the container.
I personally would define generally blue as when you have two colours, say red and blue M&Ms, and you reach in the container to pull out 3 you have a 50/50 chance of pulling out three blues. This definition would require that you have 79.58% blue M&Ms in your container.
Honestly this sounds like a bit high to me but probably can be a real bitch, and the test sounds secure to me. Physiological I think 2/3 blue 1/3 red would have most people say it’s generally blue and the ratio would go down as you add other colours. I think 1/2 blue and 1/2 a mix of 4 or more colours people would still say it’s generally blue.
