IT Engineer here also. I’d recommend doing something not related to tech (even though we love it). I’ve taken up bike riding and walking. Getting outdoors helps my anxiety a ton.
Whoa. Didn’t know this was possible, although I only use Lemmy. Might have to check it out. I wish we could figure out how to have a global account though.
I stretch 12-15 minutes every morning. 3 sets of 4 or 5 stretches. Its amazing how tight I start and how loose I feel afterwards.
