3·2 年前A war going on? Just by looking at the frontpage I can see a couple going on and that’s not counting what’s going on in Africa, because that rarely reaches the frontpage here.
Yeah, you’re right. I googled them after I wrote the comment, they look quite different. They’re not common where I’m from, so this picture was the first time I saw them. Wikipedia says they’re a cross between raspberries and blackberries, which make me think of boysenberries,which I love, but they are apparently a cross between blackberries and dewberry. I wish tayberries were more common here, I would love to taste them! I do like a nice jam with my cheese.

I was disappointed Loganberries weren’t represented.
Edit: but boysenberries are, so I can’t get too mad…

It’s just fun vehicular carnage but I think with modern graphics and maybe an actual story, it could be a success today.
Perhaps I should preface this by mentioning I’m Danish. Before clicking the link I just read “Dutch Danish” and thought “those poor, poor people”. Imagine our two languages combined.
One of my friends is having this tattooed on his back. The tattoo shop has a strict “no Nazi symbols”- policy, but they’re making an exception with the armband of this motherfucker.
16·2 年前Sid Meier’s Pirates! I played it so much as a kid. Now I’m 43 and I played it a couple of months ago. It’s still a great game!

I’ve always found the Danish numbers intriguing. I understand the whole “halvfem-sinds-tyve”- thing and the other ones of similar origin but I can’t wrap my head around “elleve” and “tolv”. Do you remember the origin of those?
