There goes my hope for a job that won’t make me go insane
There goes my hope for a job that won’t make me go insane
Let’s hope this doesn’t end up like “emission credits”
I feel like sewing belongs here. And cooking, at least to some degree.
It’s easier to reason with a doctor than a computer. I can imagine you’d be in the system for good after such “evaluation” so it could mean slim chances of retesting
(Poland mentioned) We’re deeply disappointed but not surprised. The other manufacturer (PESA) is just straightforward known for being unreliable so it’s a hammer and anvil kind of situation.
We’re getting a suspicious number of leaks, considering oil being a vital and expensive stuff hmm
Thanks! Through these 4 months I haven’t found out anything, I got a temporary job as well so I haven’t had much of free time either.
One thing I saw is splitting the task even smaller than the usual. Things like"I’ll just open the document/ write one line and see how I feel" which might work sometimes.
I was concerned about doing the thing that’s already been done by other people but it dawned on me that when I cook (I love cooking), I’m doing the same thing. Using a recipe shared by hundreds of people, yet it’s still fun and has a personal touch. That one was really helpful.
It’s my las month at the job so I’ll be able to get back to coding soon and test the findings.
Only if they lead by example :^)
A refresh button when I’m moving around on a map with right mouse button (don’t ask me why it’s made this way, idk) and it resets all my work done on the map.
It’s very unhelpful that Germany closed its nuclear reactors in favor of coal and Russian gas lmao. Yes the party is using Germany as a boogeyman or whatever but Germany isn’t innocent here.
Ok but first manufacturers must “rethink” planned obsolescence and right to repair
“Out of sight, out of mind” or something like that
Hospitals are meant to save lives, not be profitable
If we’re going though planet scale catastrohpic events, at least sprinkle some comedy in there haha
This timeline can’t get any weirder
I’m learning how to weave with tablets. There’s a set of threads, every 4 threads pass through a card. A typical piece requires about 16 cards. They are turned forwards or backwards, this twists the threads and they are locked in place by passing a separate long thread throught the twisted ones. Colorful belts and tapes can be made on this. Tablet weaving dates back to 8th century BCE, doing ancient stuff is fun.
Ahh I see. Have fun then :3
Fixed a flat bike tire with my dad. I’m making chilli oil now. If you want, I could help with automation. I can do a little programming so maybe we could work something out. If you don’t need help, I’d like to see how you do it if you’re comfortable with sharing your process :) just wanting to learn
I haven’t had one in programming yet
