It’s what drove me to wrestling torrents, The WWE network was great, it had chapters, and the stuff was easy to find, then they sold it off to Peacock and stuff is hard to find, they have no chapters, they censored some of the old controversial stuff, it’s just a lesser experience than the old Network. I’m very interested to see how it’s integrated into Netflix, and if they move the US to Netflix when the Peacock deal is over.
I have a junk gmail box that I use with no real info on it, I linked it then immediately unlinked it, and that seems to have worked. So I guess if you wanted to do this portion but not give them access you could make a Gmail you will never use just to link then unlink.
WB Discovery is still getting their cut from Westworld, Raised by Wolves, and a dozen or so others by licensing it out to The Roku Channel streaming service of all things. So those actors went from getting scraps from HBO Max to probably next to nothing from Roku. I don’t know if that’s worse than having the content completely removed or not considering Roku is like Pluto TV and airs things more like cable.

Yeah, I don’t believe it. Remember not a year or two ago they announced the monthly phone subscription for a new Pixel every year, and then just before it was time to release a new Pixel they reneged on that and said, never mind.
I only have played Fortnite because my nephew was big into it for a long time, now that he and his friends are in high school they have quit playing, I don’t know if that’s a big trend, but he tells me it is just not cool to play anymore.
The giant BR is likely Fortnite, the Battle Royale part that is the game most people know wasn’t supposed to be the big deal, what is now Save The World was supposed to be the game and BR was just going to be tacked on.
And don’t forget it’s just a rental of the game, at any time they could shut off the game or license servers because they don’t want to sell or keep that game anymore.

The search function is nice and really appreciated. But, from my experience, the biggest problem with Mastodon is how much work you have to put into curating a feed, something traditional social media has done some of the work for you. That’s a big fucking increase, I was only paying 99 for Extra. I won’t continue to do so, it’s just not worth it anymore. Xbox and PSN increases are pushing me back out of gaming, and no, a PC is not the answer because if I had the 2k for a gaming PC, that would almost last a console generation, I wouldn’t be complaining about PSN/XBL increases.
