Make no mistake. Backward Arizona lawmakers are afraid of you. Afraid that they will be kicked out of office. And they don’t have any other skills.

So don’t you dare tell me voting doesn’t work. It still does. For now…

In response, Kari Lake celebrated the accomplishments of the Republican state congress while admonishing how long it took for the Democrats to get on board - highlighting how long the Democratic Governor took to sign the bill.

She also published an opinion piece talking about how wonderful it’d be to have that 1864 law in place and lamenting that Democrats “just love killing babies 'n shit.”

(This is all fabricated… but if it was true would you really be that surprised?)

I actually think you might need to fact check your fabrication in case it isn’t one. And then probably repeat hourly for the next few days at least, just to be sure.

Death of Satire is very low on the list of grievances I have with the far right, very low indeed, but it is definitely on the list.

You might want to rephrase your satire disclaimer. It read to me like “Kari lake fabricated all this,” and I already have enough reason to dislike her without something like that.

If there’s any proof that the GOP want to return America to a time before anyone other than white men had rights, it’s them wanting to reinstate a law from 1864.

They voted to repeal it because they thought that not repealing it would result in stronger abortion rights at the ballot box in November.
