Fred Rogers was an amazing person. I had my kids watch his show back when it was age-appropriate, and I loved seeing the love and joy that man inspired.

Incidentally, I find it funny that the seasons of Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood are the most uploaded of the torrents I’m currently seeding. The next highest is Steve Irwin’s show. I guess pirates like wholesome things for their kids. Yarr!

I have had by kids (5 & under) watch his show and they just couldn’t stop watching! It was the crayon episodes, and then they needed to color some pictures. It was pretty amazing! Guy knew so much what he was doing!

My kids got hooked on Daniel tiger’s Neighborhood, which is Mr. Rogers Neighborhood. Man’s legacy lives strong. I’ve shown them Mr. Roger’s and they get it but they prefer the cartoon. We talk to my three year old in terms of Daniel Tiger does this or will not do that. Sing the potty song, etc.
