It’ll have exceeded the shuttle in another couple flights. 135 flights / 6 orbiters (yeah I know it’s not at all precise)

Not sure if it makes sense to include Enterprise in that, since it never went to space (just 5 atmospheric test flights). It also might be in poor taste to include Challenger (10 flights).
The next interesting milestones to surpass will be Endeavour (25 flights), Atlantis (33 flights), and Discovery (39 flights).
