i don’t use calm, but another meditation app (balance). my favorite meditations are the ones meant to be done right before going to sleep. i set them playing, put my phone on the charger, and drift off to somebody’s pleasant voice guiding me to sleep. i’m sure calm has a sleep section, so take a look at that and see if it works for you. :)

I think they have some meditation videos - maybe try meditation out? They also have exercise stuff I think yoga perhaps? Movement is good for depression. Good luck to you OP. If your insurance covers it, look into therapy as well.
