It’s rather alarming that this is being done without public modeling to make sure that they’re not creating losers from the change in rainfall distribution patterns and such.

    There needs to be official statements about how serious this is. There will be no other way to change public opinion. This looking threat hanging in the background can’t be ignored. It’s a giant, ever increasingly-warming elephant in the room.
