Let’s say a Palestinian state is established tomorrow, their first order of business will be to continue the rocket attacks and devise new terrorist attack plans.

The terrorism needs to stop first, then statehood can be discussed. Let’s say a Palestinian state is established tomorrow, their first order of business will be to continue the rocket attacks and devise new terrorist attack plans.
Indeed, isreal has been attacking them for like 70 years! They need to stop for a chance of peace.
What about discussing Palestinian statehood although Israeli terrororism continues?
Otherwise Israel would have a means to block said discussions.
