Hello, I want to buy used car in Oslo, and drive it back to my home country (Serbia). This is attractive for me because there is a incentive tax refund for exporting a used car out of Norway. I know that I need to re-registrate the car, as explained on , but I am unable to buy insurance for a car. For online insurance purchase I need bankID but I do not have it. How to buy car insurance as a foreigner? Is there some agency (like freight forwarder) that can help me with export?
