Lots of people would want to live in the cheaper to build, cheaper to live in terrace houses, row houses, duplexes, town houses, flats, and brownstones. And with people moving out of the suburbs, your suburb house would get cheaper.

Eh. 3 bedroom house for $1300/month, 2 car garage with a forge inside it, and a 2Gbps unlimited fiber line. I’m fine not venturing into the city.
