So I am coming from a developing country to USA ,so how strictly enforced are copyright laws, if I am going to use my universities WiFi would I get prosecuted. I mainly use Stremio and some streaming websites & libgen for books. ( I do have most of the official services but it’s just a hassle most of the time. )
