I think the egg is supposed to be boiled, but the rest looks great

There are variations with a hard-boiled egg, variations with a fried egg on top, as well as variations with a raw egg cracked over it while it’s still piping hot. This bowl looks beautiful.
And as you’re the one eating eat, that’s all that matters!
One of my favourite breakfast is noodles with a fried egg with runny yolk. Bit of sesame oil and soy sauce. I get ya
