Consistent throughout many studies, calorie restriction induces a reduction in energy expenditure that is larger than the loss of metabolic mass, i.e. fat-free mass and fat mass, can explain. In laymen’s terms: the body reduces metabolism in response to weight loss. You don’t seem to understand the topic beyond a few catchphrases, so I’m done interacting with you. Have a good one.
