Mercato Zacconi’s owner says business ‘unfairly targeted’ by AGCO inspector

      They asked for it by trying to claim to be 2 different businesses in one and thinking they can cherry pick which rules they follow.

      Instead of complying, HE chose to close. No one forced them to do it, they chose to fire everyone.

        The store’s business model isn’t the problem. The 10k square feet rule is asinine and disproportionately affects urban businesses in dense, walkable communities.

          It may be asinine, but it’s still the law. They were told what laws applied to their establishment, they chose to ignore those laws, faced consequences for it and decided to fire everyone instead of complying.
