I change my icons often when I want to update my phone theme, also often. Is there a good app that will let me change the design for all my apps that doaent require me to download each icon over and over each time I want to change the look?

Maybe something where I download them once, but then can batch update the app as I want? I have tried My Theme, but the packs don’t have all the apps I use
