Eventually I’ll get around to trying Dwarf Fortress, right now it’s just a little intimidating lol
The best time to start dwarf fortress was 6 years ago.
The second best time is in a few weeks, I dunno, Im just kinda busy this weekend but Ill probably have free time after the holidays, surely.
The steam version is actually pretty approachable. You can mostly learn all of the systems on your own time. You don’t have to interact with everything at first.
Exciting. Been playing DF for many years but never tried adventure mode because I didn’t want to learn another Byzantine set of controls.
