Yeah, looks a bit goofy due to the camera angle but thats 100% a foul considering the PSV player had the Sevilla one´s arm in a hold pretty much the whole way.

Nice save from the PSV goalie! That said, oh my god the Sevilla striker, why didnt he just chip it over the goalie? Literally that was the best choice yet he decided to shoot with a lot of the goal open.
