According to Fractal’s compatibility spec, you have 62mm of GPU height and 48mm of CPU cooler height in max GPU mode. This is a total of 110 mm.

Reasonable enough, but what doesn’t add up to me are these 2 builds: Robeytech & Gear Seekers. Both of them have a 4090 FE (a 61mm card that is 137mm wide), which means that they should only have about 49 mm for their CPU cooler. However, they both use taller coolers (the IS-55 from the former is 57mm tall and the Shuriken 2 from the latter is 58mm tall). That’s 9-10 more mm of clearance than Fractal is saying is there.

Given that the case total width is 153 mm this isn’t a very outlandish discrepancy, but it was still odd to me; that much extra cooler room would allow for much more robust cooling (i.e. the IS-55). Perhaps there’s a disadvantage to using that much of the internal space?
