I want a new mini pc for light office work - word, adobe, and e-mails.

I’m in the air between building my own min with an H610i gigabyte mobo DDR5 ram and an i5-12400f and rx 6400 or just buying a geekom AS6 or IT12. Difference in price is almost non existent vs time of building.

Am I really saving anything by building my own anymore and any suggestions for another model base on needs?
